Product Overview

The xTool M1 Ultra 20W is an all-in-one 4-in-1 craft machine combining laser engraving and cutting, blade cutting, inkjet printing, and pen drawing in one compact machine.

With its interchangeable modules and 3-Second Easy Swap™, the M1 Ultra allows users to quickly switch between different processing methods for a wide variety of crafting and personalization projects.

The 20W diode laser is designed for engraving and cutting, with the ability to cut compatible materials up to 10 mm thick in a single pass. For delicate cutting, the fine-point blade handles materials such as paper, stickers, and vinyl, while the cutting blade can process thicker materials up to 2.5 mm.

The M1 Ultra also features CMY inkjet printing, allowing vibrant designs to be printed on compatible materials such as wood, clay, coated stone, and fabric. Its pen mode provides automated drawing and writing using compatible pens.

4-in-1 Functions

Laser Mode

The 20W diode laser provides precise engraving and cutting on a wide range of compatible materials. The machine supports laser processing with fine detail and can be paired with the RA2 Pro for rotary engraving on round and curved objects.

Blade Mode

The M1 Ultra supports multiple blade tools for different applications:

• Fine-Point Blade: For paper, stickers, vinyl, and other delicate materials up to 1.5 mm
• Cutting Blade: For leather, matboard, balsa wood, and other materials up to 2.5 mm
• Rotary Blade: For fabrics such as denim, cotton, and linen
• Foil Transfer Tip: For foil accents and debossing
• Hot Foil Pen: For more durable and vibrant foil effects on compatible materials

Inkjet Mode

The built-in inkjet module uses CMY ink technology to create colorful prints on compatible surfaces, including wood, clay, coated stone, fabric, and more.

Pen Mode

Use compatible pens for automated drawing, writing, outlining, and filling. The M1 Ultra can also support open-lid processing in pen mode for longer writing tools.

Pin-Point Positioning™

The M1 Ultra features Pin-Point Positioning™ technology, providing highly accurate positioning for delicate projects and helping reduce material waste caused by positioning errors.
