Product Overview
The xTool F2 Ultra is a professional dual-laser engraving machine combining a powerful 60W MOPA laser with a 40W diode laser. It is designed for advanced metal processing, vibrant color engraving, deep black marking, 3D engraving, cutting, and engraving on a wide range of materials.
The 60W MOPA laser provides greater control over pulse width and frequency, allowing vibrant color marking on metals, deep black marking, faster 3D engraving, and metal cutting. It can process materials such as stainless steel, aluminum, brass, titanium, gold, silver, platinum, and more.
The 40W diode laser handles non-metal materials including wood, leather, MDF, felt, paper, acrylic, glass, ceramic, and other compatible materials. It can cut up to 23mm basswood and 20mm acrylic through multiple passes.
With a 15,000 mm/s maximum working speed, 48MP dual cameras, and optional AutoStreamline Conveyor, the F2 Ultra is designed for high-volume production and precise batch engraving.

Color Engraving
The 60W MOPA laser offers a wider pulse width and frequency range, allowing the creation of 100+ consistent colors on metal and adding premium visual effects to customized products.
True Black Marking
MOPA technology provides precise control over pulse width and frequency for deep black markings in fewer passes, without requiring marking spray.
Faster 3D Engraving
The 60W MOPA laser is designed for fast 3D engraving on metal, making it suitable for coins, jewelry, plaques, nameplates, and other detailed metal products.
Metal Cutting
The higher laser power allows the F2 Ultra to cut thicker metal materials, including brass, stainless steel, and aluminum.
