Product Overview

The xTool S1 20W is an enclosed diode laser cutter and engraver designed for both engraving and cutting applications. Its 20W diode laser provides a balance of cutting power and engraving precision, making it suitable for a wide range of materials and projects.

The S1 features Pin-point Positioning technology for accurate placement of designs, helping reduce material waste caused by positioning errors. Its Snapshot & Smart Fill function also makes batch production easier by allowing users to capture the work area and automatically fill multiple items with designs.

The machine supports a large 19.6" × 13" (498 × 330 mm) working area and can be expanded with the Automatic Conveyor Feeder for longer materials and continuous projects.

The S1 platform also supports multiple interchangeable laser modules, including 40W, 20W, and 10W diode lasers, as well as a 2W 1064nm infrared laser. This allows the machine to be upgraded for different engraving and cutting requirements.
