Product Overview
The xTool P3 is a flagship 80W CO2 laser cutter and engraver designed for professional creators, workshops, and businesses requiring high-speed production and large-format processing. With a spacious 36" × 18" working area, it provides 2.3× the workspace of the P2S, making it ideal for large signs, décor, customized products, and batch production.
Its 80W CO2 laser delivers powerful cutting performance, capable of cutting up to 20mm basswood and 25mm acrylic in one pass. The CO2 laser wavelength also makes the P3 highly capable of working with transparent materials such as acrylic and glass.
The P3 features an advanced ACS™ Automated Creation System, combining cameras, LiDAR ranging, autofocus, and motion control to simplify material positioning and processing. The 16MP SkyView panoramic camera provides a detailed preview of large materials, while the close-range camera provides precise positioning for smaller projects.
For continuous production, the P3 supports Smart Nesting, Variable Batch Fill, EasySet 2.0, and optional accessories such as the automatic conveyor feeder and rotary attachment.

Intelligent Automation
The xTool P3's ACS™ Automated Creation System combines vision, LiDAR ranging, autofocus, and motion control to reduce manual setup and improve production efficiency.
Smart Nesting
The 16MP SkyView camera and AI algorithms analyze the material and generate optimized cutting layouts, achieving up to 98.7% material utilization.
Variable Batch Fill
Automatically recognize multiple pieces, place designs accurately, and populate an entire batch without manually creating individual layouts. Spreadsheet uploads are also supported for variable-data production.
EasySet 2.0
The system can scan a QR code on compatible materials and automatically load the appropriate preset processing parameters.
LiDAR Ranging & AutoLift Base
The integrated LiDAR system measures material height and assists with autofocus. The AutoLift Base automatically positions materials at the optimal height and supports objects up to 220mm / 8.66" high.
Camera & Positioning System
The P3 uses multiple cameras to provide accurate positioning across both large and detailed projects.
