Product Overview
The xTool F1 Ultra is a professional dual-laser engraving and cutting machine equipped with a 20W fiber laser and 20W blue diode laser. It is designed for high-speed, precise processing of a wide range of materials, making it suitable for both personalized products and high-volume production.
The 20W diode laser is ideal for materials such as wood, acrylic, leather, paper, glass, ceramic, and more, while the 20W fiber laser is designed for engraving metals and plastics. The F1 Ultra can perform deep engraving, embossing, color engraving, and thin metal cutting.
With engraving speeds of up to 10,000 mm/s, a built-in 16MP smart camera, autofocus, and optional conveyor support, the F1 Ultra provides an efficient workflow for both detailed projects and batch production.

Cutting & Engraving Capabilities
The F1 Ultra can cut basswood up to 15 mm and acrylic up to 12 mm using multiple passes. Its fiber laser enables deep metal engraving, embossing, color engraving, and thin metal cutting.
Both laser systems can also be used for color engraving on compatible metal surfaces.
Auto Streamline™ Production
When paired with the optional xTool Conveyor, the F1 Ultra can streamline batch production. Its built-in camera can identify material shapes and help position designs accurately for repeated engraving jobs.
