Product Overview

The xTool Apparel Printer is a commercial-grade direct-to-film (DTF) printer designed for businesses and creators looking for a streamlined apparel customization workflow. It can print vibrant, detailed designs on a wide range of fabrics, including cotton, polyester, denim, canvas, spandex, nylon, and more.

Powered by dual Epson I1600 printheads, the printer delivers high-quality prints at resolutions of up to 720 × 1800 DPI, with printing speeds of up to 50 sq ft/hr at 720 × 1200 DPI. Its CMYK+WWWW ink configuration provides vibrant color reproduction and strong white-ink coverage for printing on both light and dark fabrics.

The xTool Apparel Printer also features automated maintenance systems, including white ink circulation, automatic printhead cleaning, ink stirring, and printhead moisturizing, helping reduce manual maintenance and keep the printer ready for production.

When paired with the xTool OS1 Automatic Shaker Oven Machine, the system provides a more automated DTF workflow covering printing, powder application, shaking, and curing.

The xTool OS1 Automatic Shaker Oven is designed to automate the powder application, shaking, and curing stages of the DTF workflow when paired with the xTool Apparel Printer.

It supports film widths of up to 15.35" / 390 mm, with adjustable baking temperatures from 90–130°C, making it suitable for professional DTF production.
