Print plates and nozzles are considered consumable items and are not covered by warranty.

Normal wear and tear resulting from prolonged use is not covered unless the issue is caused by material or manufacturing defects. Cosmetic or appearance-related damage is also excluded. Print plates are covered only when they are found to have defects at the time of delivery.
